Playing time battles in youth sports are a never-ending source of conflict for parents, players and coaches.

To address this issue, I’ve asked one of the most fair and–at the same time–competitive coaches I’ve ever known. He coached high school football for 28 years on all three levels and middle school and high school softball for 10 years.

He also happens to be my husband, and so I guess it’s hard for me to be objective about his coaching abilities!

Ted Meredith has no website and nothing to sell as he joins me on my podcast today. He just has years and year of wisdom from coaching kids and working with parents. He’s dealt with playing time conflicts from parents and players many many times over the years.

This is one podcast you most certainly don’t want to miss!
