The biggest mistake one can make is to quit, because no one is perfect, but everyone has a chance to do better.


We can take assessment test, surveys, and evaluate information and use it to coach and lead.

We can implement programs that include goal setting, processes & progress reports, to make adjustments and to see our strengths.

However, hard work & effort, along with effective communication, commitment, sacrifice, loyalty, honesty and accountability, will show us more than we ever need to know.

Think about it. Who do you want on your team? A talented know it all with no work ethics, or a loyal team member who is willing to do whatever is needed, works hard and accepts being coached.

Yes, programs, processes, surveys, assessment test, evaluations must be present to maintain a long term impact.

However, there must be a system which includes investing in the team and the individual. A system that builds trust, relationships, and one that breeds loyalty, commitment, sacrifice, honesty, and integrity.
