Amy Weirman is a long-time member of the Facebook Group and we have all been following her swimming exploits from the beginning. Distance is not the only thing she does well, but we have watched in awe as she climbs into sub-50 degree water on a regular basis.  In today's episode, Rob sits down with Amy to discuss endurance swimming, how she got into it and some of the tips and techniques that she has figured out along the way.
