This week, we’re going to start talking about TEAMS, the kind of teams you need to put together in order to achieve your Objectives in the Community.

If you want to achieve anything beyond the simplest of objectives, you can’t go it alone.  You can’t do everything, know everything, see everything, and be everywhere at once.  You need to work as part of a Team. 

We’ll be discussing the two teams you need to build:  your Command Team, and your Tactical (or, Operations) Team, why you need them both, why you need to keep them separate, how to build them, and how to manage them.
