Darryl Anderson is a mission-driven executive and Executive Director of Eras Senior Network, a volunteer-powered nonprofit supporting older adults in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties. A Gary, Indiana native and Jackson State University alumnus, Darryl brings over a decade of nonprofit leadership focused on impact, inclusion, and innovation.

He is known for building high-performing teams, expanding volunteer engagement, and leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts at Eras and through initiatives with YMCAs and Boys & Girls Clubs in Wisconsin and Indiana.

Darryl has served on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Racine & Kenosha and the Greater Milwaukee Foundation – Thriving Communities Advisory Council. He and his wife, Shana, are proud parents of three sons and are committed to raising them with values of integrity, compassion, and service.
