What is Teamwork?

- Darlene: People coming together with a mission or vision, and bringing their skillsets

- Wendy: When everyone knows what they are contributing

- Christy: Understanding how your skills compliment others, so you build something bigger than yourselves

- Wendy: When 1 + 1 = 3

- Christy: We are humans working with humans. Respect each other’s humanity

Goals

- Christy: Think about how you want to show up … as the leader and/or a participant

- Darlene: Identify one of those hard conversations, schedule it, practice, and make it happen

- Wendy: Identify a friction point on your team, and work with your team to resolve it

- Wendy: Figure out how you be vulnerable with someone (ask a question, for advice) … and do it
