These 15 simple steps were a natural part of my transformational journey. As I learned what needed to stay in my life and what needed to leave. Five years after I was the overcomer and no longer the dependent on my past traumas and mistakes I looked back on my journey. And then wrote this list in Hope's of helping others overcome. Evolving comes when you become more mindful of healthy time habits. Whom we are spending time with and how we are spending our time. Become very selective.

When we come to the understanding that once we become totally true to ourselves, our beliefs and bring out our own individuality. For the world to see. We will have made such a difference in our surroundings that joy is the only thing then visible. Anger subsides. And creative problem solving will rule!!! Dig deeply to find who you truly are. He/She matters!!
