Over the last few episodes in our story, we followed various movements and developments that worked towards the spread and sharing of knowldege, a key component in the story of innovation and progress, most notably in the synthesis of Indian, Greek and Persian knowledge by the scholars of the Islamic Golden Age in [Episode 33] and then its translation into Europe via Muslim Spain in the follow-up [Episode 33B].
