On Tuesday, July 16th the House held hearings with the largest tech firms in the US to see whether or not the companies hold too much power over the market. Executives from Amazon, Apple, Facebook, and Google sat down before a bipartisan committee of lawmakers concerned about the business practices of these tech giants and whether they actively engage in creating a disadvantage for smaller companies.
