Today’s topic is Tech & School and I am talking with Amy Tyson & Blythe Winslow, the co-founders of Everyschool.org. Everyschool.org is a nonprofit whose mission is to empower every school to embrace healthy, research-based educational technology. Blyth & Amy are moms, first and foremost - which was how Everyschool got started in the first place. Blythe is the Executive Director as well as a former educator. Amy Tyson is the Deputy Director and has done a variety of work in the mental health field through her Masters in Social Work, including working as a child and adolescent psychotherapist.  Together they authored the The EdTech Triangle… an amazing tool for helping educators make smart decisions about how to use technology in their schools in the best way possible. They have the brains and the heart for the job, every parent and educator should listen to the well-researched, easily laid out information they have to share about how to have a healthy relationship between tech and education.
