Martin Toft Sørensen, CEO of Workmate Thailand told us about the company’s journey towards building a more sustainable income for blue collar workers. Martin and Workmate have totally digitized their onboarding process for new workers - an innovation that was brought forward in response to COVID. It was also interesting to hear how his perception of the remote workforce has changed after the pandemic forced offices to close.
