Mitch explains his goal of equal pay of the sexes at the University of Pittsburgh. As the University transitions to direct democracy it is important that women and men are paid equally for the same job. He suggests an "equality audit" of the University. He also encourages other executives or investors should audit their company in the same way. This would finally create a United States where women are paid the same rate as men for their labor.
