Mark also leads Tech Stewardship at the MaRS Discovery District, an organization that aims to identify and promote ways to imagine, design, and implement technology intentionally for positive impact.

Mark is a Professional Engineer and an MBA. He served as a member of the Executive Team at Engineers Without Borders. Before that, Mark spent fourteen years working for a heavy industrial consulting engineering firm based in Vancouver.
