In this month’s story, Aiden, an overwhelmed office worker, decides he needs help to take care of the routine things in his life. He discovers a new home automation hub, designed by a small obscure company, that can control all the internet enabled devices he has purchased to make his life easier. The hub’s manufacturer claims its product will simplify the buyer’s life. But when Aiden attempts to set his up, it does not appear to follow directions causing problems at his work. Fed up he calls tech support and is granted three special sessions to solve his all complaints.
