A buyer in a bricks and mortar retail business for 25 years, Helen moved into a digital, Omni-channel role in 2018. Two years later, Covid hit, having an unprecedented impact on the Food retailer she worked for - so her move had seemed well timed. Leading through others whilst integrating ways of working across digital and physical part of the business has been key.
