I am very I'm very excited about this episode.  One of the topics that I have been exploring for our upcoming salon is moving technicians up through the ranks into leadership roles.  I love big picture ideas and things that have to do with culture and cultural changes so I am naturally excited about this this issue.   At our October event we're going to have a couple different sessions addressing this topic both from a technician side as well as the management side but I thought it would be really interesting to hear before then from technicians who had successfully redefined their roles.
