Buying a house is based on potential buyers bidding on a home.  You offer a price based on what you believe you need to pay.  All the bids are done in secret and nobody has any idea if they have offered too much or too little.

A new startup called Unreserved has taken the home buying process and turned it into an online public auction.

But - how do you start a startup?  What kind of resistance do you get when you want to change some old thinking?
