The PreyProject could help you recover a computer that's been stolen. RSA's SecurID (and other similar offerings) make it possible to log on securely with one-time passwords. Windows 8 is still not in beta but let's look ahead to what might be released a year from now. In Short Circuits, Adobe's "interesting" week and the Senate says Net Neutrality rules (or "rulez").
