The problem then is accountability, and a few technological tools can be our solution to reach the finish line. 

  • Get a smart scale - this will give you a picture (beyond your weight) on how your are performing each month 
  • A good fitness tracker will hold you accountable each day such as Fitbit, Apple Watch or Whoop (use my link to get a FREE month)
