In 2011, the head of Google refused to release a powerful new face search engine that he believed would do much more harm than good if it got into the wrong hands.  Today, smaller competitors like Pimeyes have introduced this AI-driven software which is regarded as face recognition software on steroids.  There are currently NO federal laws on the books that govern the use or misuse of this technology.  We discuss.
