It was the best of times (if you're Apple making $18 billion in one quarter). It was not quite the worst of times (if you're Microsoft actually making money of Surface). It was the age of enlightenment (if you're the FCC upping the definition of broadband). It was the age of insanity (if you're Twitter continuing your mission creep by adding videos and group messaging). Charles Dickens didn't know that was actually describing this week in tech, but apparently we ride the same ups and downs as revolutionary France. I mean. A guy did drunkenly crash an expensive drone onto the White House grounds. That's crazy! Right?
