Tonight on Tech's Last Call, another part of the US government seems to have awaken to the fact that there is an Internet. Usually, it's the NSA. This week, it's the FCC and the Supreme Court. The FCC, and its Chairman Wheeler, have decided that Net Neutrality does not make enough money for the ISP, so Pay-for-Play should be the new law of the land. The Supreme Court actually seems to understand technology but still might not rule in favor of Aereo. Also, Microsoft and Apple are making enough money to give Samsung and Android the bird. And, if you're in the market for some undiscovered Warhols, we might know a guy with some floppies.
