Weaknesses are found in everyone and in any situation. However, they do not limit one's potential. Instead, weaknesses prove self-will and encourage the mindset that anything can be achieved regardless of the behavior of others. You can covert your weaknesses and struggles by converting them into your strengths through self determination, hard work, and persistance.
