KSL 5-TV's been tracking a story of 20 teenagers showing up at a mall in to confront a man accused of connecting with a girl online then offering to pay her for sex. The video of the confrontation posted on TikTok. Garna Mejia, KSL 5 TV, talks with Dave and Debbie about how the accused ended up going to jail. Were police already investigating him?
