Tracy Dixon from 98.5 KYGO talks to teens about how learning to take initiative starts at an early age with small things like showing your work in school.   As you get older it becomes more of an expectation.  One teen gives his advice,  "Keep on taking initiative, keep on standing out no matter what level you are at."
