Teenagers brains are constantly changing. This doesn’t help their sleep patterns. How do we support them to make better choices when it comes to social media and computer use? Often devices are requirements of the school curriculum and homework is left until late at night, waking their already busy brains. This is combined with increased stress from friendships and relationships. 

Striking a balance can be tricky. Dr Paul Jeffrey is a paediatric clinical psychologist and understands sleep and teenagers well, he runs a sleep psychology clinic out of his private practice in Subiaco.
