About President Raphi:
Raphi Rebucas is a sixteen-year-old community volunteer, coordinator, political fundraiser, and President of the Board of Governors at the Young Leaders PAC. Born and raised in Torrance, California, and a son of two hard-working parents, President Rebucas was taught the virtue that if you strive for your ambitions, there is no limit to what is accomplishable.
Again and again, Raphi Rebucas has maintained his unique reputation of fighting for the issues that matter most to his community. Inside and outside of his school, he has worked tirelessly to go above and beyond - advocating for groundbreaking solutions to the most difficult of challenges.
Today, Raphael F.L. Rebucas continues his mission to promote transparency within our government and sustain a love for civic volunteering with American youth. As the co-founder of the Young Leaders PAC, he served as Political Director before assuming the role of President of the Board of Governors in 2020, amidst the beginning of a global pandemic. Raphi has the honor of representing the two million students in California, maintaining communication with local and statewide government officials, and actively advocating for the interests of California’s students.
