A new report from Opensignal defines #FBB Spanish networks as #Moderate, not #Higher. In fact, Spanish networks fall behind #SWE, #NOR or #JP but also #UK. The Opensignal analysis includes also a very smart and elegant approach to measure the geographical #DigitalDivide. An concludes that there is a Digital Divide in every single country with Spain number 5 in a shorter gap ranking.
