In this episode I discuss the waiver on potential HIPAA penalties for telehealth services offered in good faith during the COVID-19 emergency. I raise the possibility of an emerging paradigm debate, and discuss the incommensurability thesis of Henry S Mather as offering one method for achieving a rational balance between competing societal values and ideals.
