Whether it’s the name of someone you just met or the list for the grocery store, our memory often fails us. Forgetting can be awkward, embarrassing, and frustrating. In Psalm 78, God gives us the story of a forgetful people. But more than just a name or bananas, they forgot the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done. And this has a profound impact on their hope. In this sermon, we will consider how we might tell the story of the Lord right so that we might together hope in God.
