Working Group Status Updates

Bounty System:

Daaps Outreach:

Update: Sukesh have been have been talking with iRespo and Drife. Oraclize wrote in testnet channel that they will be supporting Telos.

There will be rewards to build headliner dapps.

Big potential to build dapps with good tokenomics on Telos.

Exchange Outreach:

Update: We found a solution for E-mail id and groups. Just need to get it work.

External communications:

Update: Working on a collaborative inbox, very close to being set up.

Governance:

Governance meeting schedule got changed.

The attorneys are being onboarded for arbitration on Telos.

GRC:

Update: Should we mention GRC in Telos Network Operating Agreement?

Azad: Should BP/arbitrator minimum requirements be rephrased? Discuss further offline on Slack or another call. We would like to have a list of BP’s represented in the call. Next call Thursday evening.

Network Maintenance:

Update: 3 million blocks on testnet milestone reached.

One BP per team on testnet.

Getting developers to start stress testing network.

Restarting network with Stage 2. Testing new code in current testnet before reset. Voting will be off until testnet reset.

Stage 2 would enable us to start inviting dapps to test on testnet.

Development:

Update: We are on the final stage of testing rotating BP’s, couple more days to finish. Updates on github.

Pros and cons of updates in Slack.

Issued pull request for Scatter to support Telos.

Other Updates:

Telos contributors is growing

Coindesk article came out about EOSIO forks

Dev/test net operations going great - ahead of schedule. Replay protection almost done. - Stage 2 coming soon - rotating BP’s

We are creating a process for people with lost keys to acquire their TLOS tokens.

Takeaways:

One node per BP on testnet.

Douglas Horn suggests better communication between testnet groups + external communications groups.

Beth: Please drop important testnet/dev updates in marketing/social media channel.

We are looking for a French translator.

Whitepaper and Telos Network Operating Agreement needs to be translated.

We have a list of Telos Launch Prerequisites features that need to be ready before first Go/No-Go vote. Douglas wants to publish this on Telos Foundation website so we have a visual checklist for the community to see.
