TIP 1A -
Method A - Slicing Pie model (presented by Rob Konsdorf - EOS Detroit)
- Track hours worked
- Set hourly rate for specific work
- Integrate time tracking software
- Justify deliverables
- Cash spending would be approved by chairman of working groups and included in slices
Method B - (presented by Douglas Horn)
- All contributions are tracked as tasks performed
- Each working group tracks their own work
- Bi-monthly voting/meetings to discuss token distribution and proposed amendments
- Every plan will have sponsors
TIP 1B - Telos Community Rewards Pool (Douglas Horn)
- Add exchange outreach subpool
- 600K-1M TLOS tokens for community
- We need to properly measure effectiveness of these efforts
TIP 3 - (presented by Douglas Horn)
- Create a “non-secret” membership for those who have shown commitment to TLOS. Expand group over time.
