*Working Group Status Updates*

- Slicing Pie app is making progress and going well.

- Community rewards is going strong, over 100 entries now and growing.

- External Comms working group focusing on working with teams developing all additional content needed leading up to pending launch, and collaborating with MSM group on pushing out new public info. New program, weekly Telos Chat with Douglas and rotating guests/topics.

- Network Maintenance: 25 solid BPs. 5 Mil blocks on testnet. Claim rewards fixed so you can’t scam system - can now claim once a week with no loss. Auto-removal is in the code, just need to deploy the contract

- Dapps / Exchange outreach commission rates have been raised.

- September 28 16:00 UTC call for the first go/no-go vote. Reviewing the checklist on Telos website.

Working Group Status Updates

Arbitration - Starting to have meetings with law firms to discuss Telos arbitration

Bounty System - Slicing Pie app is working. Team management, fixing bugs, anonymization of the pie. Looking for feedback from Devs.

Exchange Outreach - Two new exchanges eager to support TLOS, can’t make announcements until paperwork completed.

External Comms - We’ve recently added a Weekly Media Roundup to Medium channel on Saturdays

Board nominations have begun with 6 nominations! Our goal is at least 15-18 nominations for 12 executive board seats. More please. You can nominate yourself or someone else. Outside directors are encouraged! Will be captured on a website page soon.

Telos still needs a Telos Foundation RAM Administration Director. Looking for an honest person of high ethical standing who and strong understanding of economics and trading. Hoping to have at least two candidates for initial start.

Members of the Telos Blockchain Network meet for the first vote on Go/Go No for the launch of the Telos Network. The decision is based on status of all items in the launch checklist. The following list of features and functions are considered essential and must be completed and tested in order for Telos to launch. The vote was "No".

Next Go/No Go decision call is scheduled for October 17, 2018.

(James) Community Rewards is going great and there are a lot of people joined up and contributing social media already. Let’s continue to spread the word about this awesome program.

Development

Fixed some memory leaks that testnet has been experiencing recently.

Finishing up merges today, expect an update soon.

Exchange Outreach

Announcing the first Exchange who have agreed to list TLOS: DEXEOS (https://dexeos.io/) is going to list TLOS/EOS pair. Tests will be done connecting TLOS testnet and Jungle testnet to test the integration. TLOS will be traded on the EOS mainnet and traders will be able to withdraw TLOS to their Telos mainnet accounts.

- Arbitration: We have around 6 law professionals to start. Looking to onboard additional lawyers. Will have min reqs and regarbitrator agreement this week.

- Bounty: Slicing pie app is live! Chairs need to begin onboarding group members and approving contributions. Provide bug reports on Trello. Contributors should speak with their chairs about their expected fair market value ahead of time to ensure a smooth process. Take any questions to the bounty channel on Slack.

- Exchange outreach: More discussion requested in exchange outreach channel on Slack.

- Community Rewards: Program is up. 80 people signed up. Working great. Request for additional hands on deck in Telegram channel.

- Dapps outreach: Majority off tools and wallets are on board. In conversations with around 10 different projects that are interested in launching on Telos. Landing page for dapp dev’s is up.

- Development: Lots of progress on smart contract development and voting process. Ed Silva is actively working on tracking missed blocks for quality control. The first version of EOS Python, an RPC API interface, should be released today. Releasing Grow tool soon as well. Added the ability to create free accounts on Telos and other EOSIO chains (https://github.com/Telos-Foundation/Sqrl/releases)

- Governance: Continued progress on the TNOA, almost complete. Released arbitration document. Completed group review of Telos foundation v1 document. Wednesday governance meeting is cancelled. See everybody Friday.

- Network Maintenance: 12 million testnet blocks in total. 3 million blocks on stage 2. Unvoted telosfund account that was used for network activation so weighted voting is more realistic and now showing odd results with voting so will unstake fund account to see if that fixes the problem. Will be removing non-producing nodes after 24 hour warning going forward till auto removal code is in place for testing.

- Marketing & Social Media: Our big project lately has been the Electronic Press Kit which has many pieces that are still being produced by various team members so as soon as we have all that content completed we will be pushing out the EPK with a lot of information that both media and team members can refer to.

- Telos Foundation: Organization doc has moved through committee and is now public. Need to think about a temporary RAM admin director for launch. / exec board member candidates.

- RAM Group: Exploring new approach for RAM as tradable, and staking reward with bancor to be used initially, then phased out.
