Telstra is planning a massive restructure – the biggest since privatisation. One of the end goals is the potential the acquisition of the National Broadband Network and greater leveraging of its assets to increase annual revenue. But reinventing itself won’t come easily, with regulatory hurdles to jump through and unions to satisfy. Telstra boss Andy Penn discussed the telco’s plans with Alicia.
