In this week's episode, Telvin discusses growing up in the spotlight and finding balance in life as an athlete. He's incredibly humble and attributes much of his development as a man to his athletic pursuits. You'll also find that Telvin is a great role model for young men, partly because of his vulnerability when it comes to the struggles we all face, like confidence, dealing with emotions, imposter syndrome, etc.

I believe that life is a series of games and that we should play each game not just to win but to become better. Therefore, I agree with Telvin that sports are a great battleground to prepare us for life.
