Sabine has been following Mortiis for many years and Elvira was along in The Smell of Rain/The Grudge era.  So Sabine thought that this album was stepping far enough from Dungeon Synth  to have a shot of Elvira loving this new release "Ghosts of Europe". Elvira, totally unanaware of the term Dungeon Synth, gives her response in this episode.
