We are aspects of the Creative Source embodied.  Our body is the  embodiment of our divinity, in other words, our body is our temple. Our  body is what the divine in us uses to experiences it's creation.  This episode looks at our relationship with our body as the vessel of our  consciousness.  The meditation is to call back and align all aspects of ourselves with our body for us to experience Oneness within our body.  Enjoy.
