Jesus, though fully divine, faced trials in His humanity by relying on the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. God often allows us to experience hunger or unmet needs to prove that He alone is truly satisfying, especially during moments of vulnerability. If we internalize scripture, the Word of God will come out when we are "squeezed" with trials.
