Or at least there seems to be one at Waverly.  Trouncing Tinsley once again, Jenny has unceremoniously stolen the title of Waverly Queen Bee. Jenny is busy being popular, too busy to notice that Callie is working through her Easy withdrawal at rehab/prison camp? While this might be our biggest departure from the conventional plot yet, there are still no witches or murders in this book. Boo.
