Today's guest, we have a fellow Key Rat and a good friend, Carlos Santamaria, founder of Neighborhood Tennis. Carlos and I grew up together in the key chilling with the crew, going to the beach, doing the BBQs, and painting our faces for the 4th of July parades. Carlos started his tennis coaching company in the key and now runs a successful tennis coaching business from the grove with his sidekick and better half Cristi. Carlos still frequents the key every week to visit his parents and their dog Pepe, who can forget about Pepe!
