"So back in the day, when I was working at the usta, what I would traditionally do on that Sunday of the Kalamazoo finals, I'd come to the office and I would call the tournament desk for Kalamazoo and then San Jose and get reports on the final and then interview the player that would win the National Boys 18s and Girls 18s Championships and do a little story, do a press release, send it out that night, you know, informing, you know, the tennis media and the public about this young player and that their opportunity to play in the US Open, etc."
