The Tension & Release Meditation is a guided relaxation practice designed to help carers release physical stress stored in the body.

Through simple cycles of gently tensing and relaxing different muscle groups, this meditation supports deeper relaxation and body awareness. It’s especially helpful when stress feels physical — tight shoulders, clenched jaw, restless energy.

No experience is needed. Just follow along and allow your body to soften, one breath at a time.
