Originally developed by Westinghouse Electric Corporation as the world headquarters for their nuclear division, Next Tier Connect @ Pittsburgh East to this day remains a landmark property built to the exacting standards befitting a former Fortune 500 company.

The five-story, 505,000 square foot complex was completed in two phases in 1971 and 1986. The forward thinking all glass facade and steel design incorporates a four-story atrium in both towers and large, open floor plates flooded with natural light to provide efficiency in an ideal working environment.
