Tasting Notes:  Another Casa Cuervo gem, NOM 1122, the Gran "Cent" Anejo has a big whiskey nose full of cinnamon spice, soft leather, and a touch of cognac rancio. On the palate, soft fruit, more lifted baking spice, a touch of cooked agave, and a long peppery finish persist throughout.
