Tera Beaulieu - Métis Identity and Mental Wellness

Tera Beaulieu is a Registered Psychotherapist & Citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario, as well as Region 8’s Representative for the Métis Nation of Ontario Women’s Council. Tera is completing her PhD in Clinical & Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto and is the founder and director of the Weaving Wellness Centre, a private clinical and consulting practice that is specialized in serving Indigenous peoples and communities and those who have experienced trauma. Her work has focused extensively on supporting women, trauma survivors, 2SLGBTQ+ & Indigenous peoples on their healing journeys. Tera has consistently helped the MNOYC build a safe & collaborative space where our youth can work together to achieve greater well-being.
