In May, the Darlings celebrated Tera's birthday by letting Tera choose THREE of her favorite books and authors for Sandra to read. They landed on Ruthless Knight by A. Jade, The Chemistry of Love by Sariah Wilson, and About Tomorrow by Abbi Glines.

Sandra had major...thoughts after finishing all three books (specifically about Ruthless Knight—what in the world??), and Tera shared why these are her go-to books and authors in the first place. It was a learning experience!

And just so we're clear, because somebody will say something, yes—we know the difference between suffrage and suffering. Tera enjoys her right to vote, as well as her right to suffer in reading these kinds of stories. 😂
