On episode two of Fluid Truth, attorney Shirley-Skyers Thomas sits down with Teresa Neff-Webster, Deputy Chief of Operations for Boston Public Schools. With over two decades of experience in teaching and education administration, Teresa brings a unique perspective to ensuring students and staff have the necessary resources in place to be successful. She earned a Bachelor's degree in social work from Arizona State University and a Master's degree in education from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Teresa's story involves the role that police play in the school system, whether for better or for worse. She reflects on past events in her life and society that have shaped the perspective of school police and the role the force plays in her public school system.
