In this episode, April and Loren discuss how their views on bonus parent involvement has evolved since they began coparenting.  Loren explains how her opinions have changed the most.  In the beginning, she believed that April should not have such a leading role in the parenting decisions.  Now that their relationship has grown, and they have become best friends, Loren admits that she is absolutely on board with April's involvement.
April admits that she has also learned things from Loren that has helped in her motherhood and step-motherhood journeys.
