Driven by the need to refine ever-more dirty fuels, the Bay Area, along with the rest of the country, is experiencing a oil refinery boom.  Terre Verde discusses the up- and down-stream effects of oil production – from local refining to tar sands mining in Canada.  Guests include Marilyn Langlois of the Richmond Green Party, Denny Larson of Global Community Monitor, and Ananda Tan from the Freedom from Oil Coalition.
