Nashville is known as Music City USA but if people like Terrance "Big Perm" Nicholson have anything to say about it Nashville my soon be known for their BBQ as well. In this episode we sit down, in person, with Perm to talk his BBQ journey, family, his secret to a great brisket and we may event share some corn liquor.
